It’s no secret that Mazda has been majorly upping their game when it comes to luxury in recent years. The first proof of that was in the 2024 Mazda CX-90 we say debut last year. And now, it is time to bring the CX-90 into a new segment and introduce the New 2025 Mazda CX-70! We are going to cover all the details in this first look article! Trims and Pricing
Pricing Information will be Released Later in 2024
There will be multiple trims offered of the CX-70 in both a Gas and PHEV model, similar to the CX-90
We Estimate the Pricing to sit competitively in the segment, starting at around $38,000 and going up to about $55,000.
Design and Features
Now, as we’ve already stated, the CX-70 gets a lot of influence from the CX-90, but that certainly is not a bad thing! The 70 has a bold look, with refinement flowing throughout, all the way through the interior. A close look will also up the sportiness for the CX-70, with new smoked chrome and sportier facias to suit its smaller size. For an in-depth look at the design, please view the video below!

What’s Under the Hood for the 2025 Mazda CX-70?
The 2025 Mazda CX-70 will offer a full ICE option, as well as a PHEV. Now, we are unsure of the specifics of the engine, especially if the ICE model will have two different power outputs. Below is what we currently do know will be offered on the new 2025 Mazda CX-70:

- 3.3L SkyAciv Turbo I-6 w/ Mild Hybrid
- CX-90 power figures: 280hp/332lb.ft or 340hp/369 lb.ft
- 8-Speed automatic
PHEV
- 2.5L I-4 with 17.8 kWh Battery Pack
- 323 hp | 369 lb.ft
- 8-speed automatic
The Fuel Economy is currently not rated for the CX-70
