Design and Features

Although not a drastic departure from the current Chevy Tahoe and Suburban design, this refresh still matures on both products for 2025. What’s Under the Hood?

V8 lovers rejoice, because for 2025, Chevy is only enhancing the current line-up of Tahoe and Suburban engines! The options are as follows:

  • Standard on all but High Country: 5.3L V-8: 355 hp | 383 lb.ft
  • Optional: Updated 3.0L Turbo-Diesel V-6: 305 hp | 495 lb.ft
  • Standard on High Country, Optional on RST, Z71, Premier: 6.2L V-8: 420 hp | 460 lb.ft

All models will continue to be offered with a 10-Speed Automatic transmission in 4×2 or 4×4 configurations. Don’t expect for fuel economy to improve at all.
