We Expect the pricing to stay in line with the current Toyota RAV4, starting around $33,000 and ranging up to $55,000 for the top models.
Design and Features
The RAV4 has always taken on many different looks, and that continues for this new generation. With three styling groups, buyers can go from a Luxury, to Rugged, to Sport model depending on their preference and price point. What’s Under the Hood?
The 2026 Toyota RAV4 now comes standard with two Hybrid Powertrains, with specs as follows:
- 5th Generation Hybrid System:
- 2.5L I-4 + electric motors + battery:
- Standard on all trims except GR-Sport
- FWD: 226 hp (New for RAV4 Hybrid)
- AWD: 236 hp (+17hp)
- 6th Generation PHEV System:
- 2.5L I-4 + 2 electric motors + larger battery:
- GR-Sport Exclusive | Available on SE, XSE, and Woodland
- AWD: 320 hp (+18hp)
- XSE/Woodland: Can use CCS DC Fast Charge for 10-80% in 30 mins
As expected, fuel economy has not yet been rated, and we have yet to drive the 2026 RAV4 as of now.
