The Ford Expedition has long been a notable family hauler in the Ford lineup, facing against the likes of the also popular GM products, like the Ford Expedition. Trims and Pricing
Extensive Pricing and trim Information will be Released Later
Though we don’t know the full trim lineup for 2025, we know there will be a new Tremor and Active trim joining the lineup. Continued offerings will include the King Ranch and Limited we sampled in this First Look.
The pricing will take a leap, ranging from what we expect will be $60,000 up to over $100,000.
Design and Features
Though you can still tell the Expedition resembles the former generations, Ford has made some tweaks to elevate its appearance this year. There is a new grille with light bar effect, as well as a prominent black accent on the tailgate. Please watch the video at the bottom of this article for a full in-depth design review!

What’s Under the Hood?
The Expedition continues to offer one V6 powertrain with multiple outputs, but with some updates:
- Standard Output 3.5L Twin Turbo EcoBoost V6: 400 hp | 480 lb.ft
- Tremor High Output V6: 440 hp | 510 lb.ft
All models will continue to be offered with a 10-Speed Automatic transmission in 4×2 or 4×4 configurations. Don’t expect for fuel economy to improve at all, ranging from 17 to 19 MPG Combined.
