Design and Features
For 2025, there are not any radical redesigns for the Maverick, but rather some needed tweaks to mature the design. Most changes will be noticed in the lighting in grille elements, something different on every Maverick trim. If you really want a wild, street truck look, the Lobo now exists to fill that sporty need! Symmetry lovers beware though, as the rear license plate is still off centered! - New cooling package
- Same 2.0T engine with standard AWD
- Brakes calipers from Focus ST (comfort pads)
- Enhanced steering and new paddle shifters
- 7-speed automatic transmission (same transmission with one less gear for better ratios)
- Torque vectoring activated with special drive mode (made for closed course events, like auto cross)
