After almost a decade with very little news from the Buick line-up, GM is starting to overhaul their smallest brand in the US portfolio. Part of this revamping is the all-new 2024 Buick Envista, a coupe SUV to accompany the Encore GX at the entry point of the brand’s line-up! We recently spent time with the new Envista in Detroit, and this article will share the detailed specs of what we currently know about this new model! Please note that all driving impressions and videos will be uploaded at a later date on July 11, 2023.

Design and Features
As mentioned above, please watch the video linked below for a full in-depth exploration of the exterior design and differences. The Envista, similar to other Buick models, has now taken the design cues from the Wildcat EV concept, making the design very angular and modern. These same lines follow to the interior, where there is a lot of standard technology. Buick is making one thing clear: they are no longer a senior citizen’s brand!

What’s Under the Hood?
The Buick comes with one engine option that is shared amongst others in the GM brands:
- 1.2L Turbo I-3: 137 hp | 162 lb.ft of torque
- 6-Speed Automatic
- FWD Exclusive
Since the Envista is FWD exclusive, there is only one fuel economy estimate, as provided by GM:
