The MDX continues with its refreshed design for 2026, with some minor tweaks to its already handsome look. The 2026 Acura MDX continues to offer two very hearty V6 engine options:

Standard: 3.5L V-6: 290 hp | 267 lb.ft

Type S: 3.0L Turbo V-6: 355 hp | 354 lb.ft

All models will have a 10-speed automatic transmission, with SH-AWD being optional or standard on all models. The 2026 Fuel Economy ratings are as follows:

SH-AWD: 19/25/21 MPG
