For 2024, the prices officially increase $5,000 for the 250 models, and we expect a similar increase for the AMG model once released.

Design and Features
Of course, one thing that won’t change for this 2024 refresh is the GLB’s classic, boxy shape. There are many cues that remind you of the GLS, and the updates make it even more evident. The GLB is sporting an updated front and rear fascia, bolder grille, and redesigned head and taillamps. What’s Under the Hood?
The Mercedes will continue to have two tiers of powertrain offerings, but with updates for this year:
- GLB 250: 2.0L Turbo I-4 with NEW EQ Boost: 221 hp | 258 lb.ft
- Same engine as the new CLA
- Can briefly add 13 extra hp
- 0-60: –
- GLB 35: AMG-Enhanced 2.0L Turbo I-4 with NEW EQ Boost: 302 hp | 295 lb.ft
- Can briefly add 13 extra hp

All trims will come with an 8-speed dual clutch transmission and optional AWD, which becomes standard on the AMG. When it comes to fuel economy, the 2024 Ratings are as follows:
250 FWD: 25/33/28 MPG
250 4MATIC: 24/32/27 MPG
AMG 35 AMD: 21/26/23 MPG
